– Check-in: 16:00 hours (on your arrival day we cannot guarantee your room keys before that time, if you arrive earlier and your room isn’t ready we have a luggage room so that you may start enjoying our facilities while waiting)
– Check-out: 12:00 hours (on your departure day your room must be vacated before that time).
– Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
– Smoking/vaping is forbidden in the whole complex except on your balcony/terrace.
– Pets are not allowed.
– It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds in the pool area, our staff may remove any towels or personal items left on them with that purpose.
– Balls are not permitted, except when they are part of the activities organized by our Entertainment team.
– Food is not allowed on the sunbeds or around the solarium, only at the tables at the Snack-Bar.
– Inflatables (of a reasonable size) and floaties may get partially restricted during high season periods.
– Bicycles are not allowed in the guest rooms (there is a bike storage room avaialble at no extra charge).
– The use of electric scooters inside the hotel is not permitted; they are only allowed for use outdoors (double scooters are strictly prohibited). A designated area for charging is available, subject to availability. Under no circumstances may scooters be charged in the lobby or in any other part of the hotel, nor may they be left in the hotel parking area. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
– Cash payment is not accepted at the different bars/restaurants, any consumptions will need to be paid directly with credit card or make a room charge (you may open credit at the reception). At the Reception it is possible to pay with card or in cash as per your preference.
